You can speak to your doctor to find out which medications you should take. Also try to take enough stock with you from your home country as pharmacies in Mozambique are known to run out of malaria medication. Your risk of contracting malaria can be decreased by using bug spray and having netting around your bed; however, these methods should always be used in conjunction with medication and not instead of medication.
With regards to the weather, Mozambique tends to be hot and humid. If you're travelling in two months' time, you'll be arriving in the middle of summer.
