Hey guys, where are the best places to live in Amsterdam? We have small kids and don't have a car, so would need to be close to good schools and transport routes. Any suggestions?

Hey Anya, there are a number of great suburbs in Amsterdam where many expats live. Transport in Amsterdam is well-developed so wherever you live in the city you are not likely to be too far from a bus, train or tram, so getting around the city will be quite easy. I suggest taking a look at our Accommodation in Amsterdam page for some more info, as well as our Accommodation in the Netherlands page. If you're seeking further info on the education system in Amsterdam, take a look at our Education and schools in the Netherlands page.
