Background

Lennen Bilingual School has a unique dual-language programme. In preschool, each class is taught by an English teacher and a French teacher. Students in primary school have their school day divided in two, with one half of the day being taught in French and the other in English.

The school has developed its own child-centred curriculum based on the principles of John Dewey. Particular value is placed on play as a teaching tool. Curiosity and initiative are encouraged as children learn essential social, physical and mental skills. These concepts are grounded by a structured academic programme.
