Background

Raffles International School (RIS) has a student body of approximately 2,000 with students from approximately 90 countries around the world. The school is a member of the Council of International Schools (CIS) and is a Cambridge International Examination Board Center (CIE).

RIS has a robust English as a Second Language (ESL) infrastructure to support non-English speakers. This means that fluent English is not an admission requirement. There are also numerous mother-tongue programmes available to help students maintain their home language while learning English.
